He is bilingual in Spanish and English, allowing him to work with a diverse clientele from around the city and the world.

A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Jose moved to the US in 2000 to study at the University of Oklahoma, earning a BS in Construction Science with a minor in Architecture. Following graduation, he spent seven years at Home Creations, Oklahoma's largest production home builder, where he managed all phases of the construction process. CHRISTOPHER WILLIAMS

Something of a Renaissance man, Christopher Williams brings a multi-faceted business background and contagious love for real estate to his career.

Born and raised on a farm in Hereford, Texas, where hard work and integrity were ingrained in his DNA, Chris went on to earn an Honors Studies BBA Cum Laude in International Business, as well as a BA in Spanish from Texas Tech University.

Living abroad for many years, and later, frequently traveling internationally for work, he has developed a deep cultural sensitivity and respect and appreciation for his diverse clientele.

An eye for design and the ability to find hidden gems drew Chris to real estate, initially, as an investor renovating properties for resale. His attention to detail, market knowledge and investment acumen translated perfectly to his role as a Realtor. His innate understanding of client needs and wants has led to repeat and referral business in both the residential and commercial space.

Through real estate, Chris has developed a deep affection for Houston and is ever eager to promote it. His interest in urban development and the unique characteristics of the city's neighborhoods have added fuel to that flame.

“Having the ability to make a positive change in someone’s life is the greatest gift of all,” says Chris, who pays it forward as a volunteer for Susan G Komen. Also a member of the Texas Tech Student Alumni organization and former Special Olympics volunteer.. However, his highest and primary goal remains helping his clients achieve the success they desire and deserve.
